This position requires a strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service, assisting with the enrollment process, and ensuring that all clients have a positive and smooth experience.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist clients through the enrollment process over the phone in both English and Spanish, ensuring clarity and accuracy in all communications. Provide information and guidance on enrollment policies, procedures, and available options. Manage inquiries and resolve issues related to eligibility, benefits, and documentation. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, ensuring timely follow-up and updates. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless enrollment process. Educate clients on available services, answer questions, and provide support as needed. Ensure compliance with all enrollment-related policies, guidelines, and regulations.

Requirements :
