$500 per week guaranteed base pay, plus uncapped commission About Conviction Integrity Group Conviction Integrity Group is a private investigation firm specializing in post conviction criminal matters. We work with incarcerated individuals and their families to obtain records, rebuild cases, investigate overlooked evidence, locate and interview witnesses, and prepare detailed investigative findings for attorney review. Our clients are often navigating difficult, emotional, and life changing circumstances. We are seeking a professional who can explain our services clearly, build trust, follow up consistently, and help qualified prospective clients make an informed decision about moving forward. About the Position The Client Enrollment Specialist will speak with prospective clients who have already contacted our office seeking assistance. This is a consultative sales position, not high pressure telemarketing or cold calling. You will learn about each prospective client's situation, explain our investigative services and payment options, answer appropriate questions, conduct consistent follow up, and guide qualified clients through the enrollment process. The ideal candidate is persuasive without being aggressive, compassionate without becoming emotionally overwhelmed, and motivated by both financial opportunity and meaningful work. Compensation This position includes a guaranteed base of $500 per week , plus the following monthly commission structure: First three sales each month: $500 commission per sale Next three sales each month: $750 commission per sale Every sale after the sixth sale: $1,000 commission per sale Commission is uncapped Commission tiers reset at the beginning of each calendar month. Primary Responsibilities Respond promptly to new prospective client inquiries Conduct telephone and video consultations with clients and family members Explain the Comprehensive Case Rebuild and other approved company services Clearly explain pricing, payment arrangements, timelines, and expectations Conduct organized and professional follow up with undecided prospects Maintain accurate consultation notes and client information Prepare and send approved agreements and enrollment materials Coordinate the transition from enrollment to the investigative team Meet monthly enrollment and follow up expectations Communicate with empathy while maintaining professional boundaries Follow all company policies regarding representations, pricing, confidentiality, and client communication Important Ethical Expectations Our clients and their families may be emotionally and financially vulnerable. The person selected for this position must communicate honestly and professionally at all times. The Client Enrollment Specialist may not: Promise or guarantee a conviction reversal, release, resentencing, new trial, or other legal outcome Represent Conviction Integrity Group as a law firm Provide legal advice Use fear, pressure, or misleading statements to obtain a sale Offer unauthorized discounts or payment arrangements Accept a case that has not been approved through the company's screening process We are looking for someone who understands that long term success depends on trust, integrity, and enrolling clients whose matters are an appropriate fit for our services. Preferred Qualifications Experience in consultative sales, client enrollment, legal services, professional services, or another high trust environment Strong telephone presence and professional written communication skills Ability to explain complex services in clear, understandable language Comfortable discussing fees and asking prospective clients to make a decision Strong follow up habits and attention to detail Ability to remain patient and composed during emotional conversations Dependable, organized, and self motivated Comfortable working with performance goals and commission based compensation Experience with criminal justice, private investigations, legal intake, or post conviction matters is helpful but not required What We Provide Guaranteed weekly base pay Uncapped commission with increasing rates for stronger performance Warm leads generated through company marketing and referrals Training on our services, consultation process, and client communication standards Established pricing and approved payment arrangements A professional office environment Meaningful work that can make a difference for individuals and families Opportunity for increased responsibility as the company grows How to Apply Please submit your résumé along with a brief explanation of your sales or client enrollment experience.
