General Description:
The Course Scheduling and Enrollment Support Specialist will provide administrative support for the Manassas Enrollment Management and Academic Administration (MEA) office.

The Course Scheduling and Enrollment Support Specialist supports the data entry and maintenance of the campus class schedule.
Duties and Tasks:
Data entry, room usage, scheduling events, enrollment research, and general office duties. Assist MEA office with entering semester course schedules. Assist MEA office with monitoring enrollment and communicating data to stakeholders. Assist MEA with Student Information System (SIS) reports and queries. Provide day/evening coverage for Manassas Oak Hill office as needed. Work in consultation of MEA as it pertains to course scheduling data entry for efficient use of classrooms, following college policy and procedures. Review desired enrollment capacity and classroom seating capacities. Provide support for faculty and staff at Oak Hill. Interact regularly with other campus and college units.
Minimum Qualifications:
KSAs:
Ability to use a variety of data sources and technology. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis. Excellent communication skills. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines. Flexibility to learn new technologies.
Minimum Work Experience:
Customer service experience in a college setting Experience using Microsoft Office Suite Experience in data entry using multiple databases

Experience utilizing different software systems. Experience working with Peoplesoft student information system.
