You'll own the full student journey — from the very first phone call to enrollment day — and you'll do it with urgency, warmth, and a relentless drive to hit your goals. Connect with prospective students through phone, email, and in-person or virtual meetings — and bring genuine enthusiasm to every interaction Assess each student's goals and eligibility, then champion the program that fits them best Drive the full admissions cycle: inquiry, appointment setting, interviews, application completion, documentation, and enrollment Hit and exceed enrollment KPIs — outreach volume, contact-to-appointment conversion, application completion, and closing ratios — because you hold yourself to a high standard Follow up with persistence and care — life gets in the way for students; you don't let a good fit slip through the cracks Represent TTT at open houses, career fairs, and community events with the energy and pride of someone who truly believes in what we offer Who You Are We're not just looking for someone who can do this job.
