Job Description

Required Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Education:
  • Associate degree with 2+ years' experience preferred.
Minimum Requirements:
  • 4+ years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Basic computer navigational skills.
  • Novice-level knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • This position requires bilingual proficiency in the languages as specified.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Process specialized cases with a high degree of difficulty.
  • Work and research appeals at supervisor discretion. Serve as SME on eligibility policy and processes for the team and understand the impact on other teams.
  • Work closely with management and work groups to create and maintain work plan documents.
  • Track the status and due dates of projects.
  • Collaborate with project managers on various initiatives and projects to track progress and provide support as necessary.
  • Assist the training team during the last week of sandboxing to answer questions and assist new trainees as they transition to their team.
