Job Description
Hupy and Abraham, a personal injury law firm headquartered in Milwaukee, WI, is looking for a professional and motivated Intake Specialist for the Green Bay office. The Intake Specialist is responsible for screening potential new client calls and completing the intake process.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Screening potential new client calls
- Explaining the Firm's services and how they would benefit the potential new client
- Gathering facts from potential clients and entering them into the Firm's case management software
- Uploading documents and entering status updates for referrals
- Conducting electronic, phone, mail, or video signups with clients during initial contact
- Assigning new potential client to Investigator for field sign up upon request
- Managing signup and intake paperwork which consists of tasks such as tracking intake packages, gathering missing documents and uploading information
- Reporting monthly statistics to Supervisor and Director of Operations
- Other duties and projects as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma with 2 - 5 years of experience in a customer service role. Experience working at a law firm preferred.
- Must be able to be to travel locally using own vehicle as needed. Valid driver's license and auto insurance is required.
- Occasional evening on-call shifts may be required.
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong interpersonal communication skills (verbal & written)
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast paced/dynamic environment
- Computer experience should include intermediate knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
