Job Description

Overview Job Summary Serves as Executive Assistant to the President, Chief Operating Officer (COO), Chief Nursing Officer (CNO), Chief Financial Officer (CFO), and Vice President of Medical Affairs (VPMA). Is the owner of calendars, schedules, and appointments for the President, COO, CNO, CFO, and VPMA. As requested, drafts correspondence, takes minutes at meetings, and assists with letters, invoice coding, and routing documents for approval. Organizes leadership events as requested by the President and/or COO. Oversees and coordinates the schedules of the Administrative Assistants at Marshall Medical Centers North and Marshall Medical Centers South. Qualifications Education Required
  • High School Diploma or higher Experience
  • Required minimum of ten years experience in clerical/secretarial role with equivalent responsibilities as described above in job summary. Additional Skills/Abilities
