Real Estate Development We're seeking a highly organized and self-driven Executive Assistant to support our CEO and Real Estate Development. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing multiple priorities, and is passionate about contributing to impactful development projects. What You'll Do Serve as the primary liaison between the CEO, internal teams, clients, and external partners. Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements. Maintain accurate records and ensure timely communication. Prepare professional correspondence, reports, presentations, and internal documents. Oversee office supply inventory and general administrative operations. Communicate with city and county officials on development-related matters. What We're Looking For Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role. Background in real estate or development is strongly preferred. Real Estate License preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills. Ability to work independently with a high level of discretion and professionalism. High school diploma required; PA certification is a plus. Why Join Us?
