Executive Assistant to the CEO Pride Community Management Chandler, AZ Job Details Full-time $22 - $25 an hour 2 hours ago Benefits Paid time off Professional development assistance Qualifications Spanish Expense management Filing Executive administrative support Property management Full Job Description Executive Assistant to CEO — Locally Owned AZ Business Portfolio Pride Community Management & Affiliated Companies — Chandler, AZ (in-office) $22-$25/hour, 25-30 hours per week Clear path to full-time within 6-12 months based on performance and company needs About Us Pride Community Management is a locally owned, owner-operated HOA management company serving nearly 100 communities across Chandler and Tucson. The CEO also leads three affiliated ventures across property management, field services, and specialty retail. We're growing across all four businesses, investing heavily in technology, and committed to staying independent in industries that have been increasingly consolidated by out-of-state corporations. You'd be joining a small, tight-knit team where your work visibly matters across multiple businesses. The Role The CEO needs a right hand. You'll be the person who keeps things running across his portfolio of companies so he can focus on growing them. This role starts at 25-30 hours per week with a clear path to full-time as the businesses grow and you grow into the role. Your desk will be located directly outside the CEO's office — this is an "in the room where it happens" role, not a back-office admin position. You'll know you're doing it well when nothing falls through the cracks, the CEO walks into every meeting prepared, and the rest of the team starts coming to you when they need to find him. What You'll Own Manage the CEO's calendar and meeting scheduling across all his businesses Triage email — flag what matters, draft routine responses for approval Prep meeting materials and take notes during internal and external meetings Track action items and follow-ups across multiple companies so things don't get dropped Help coordinate proposal submissions for new community management contracts Coordinate occasional travel between our Chandler and Tucson offices Process expense reports and manage routine administrative tasks across entities Keep the CEO's contact list, files, and trackers organized Light personal/family logistics support as needed You're a Fit If You Have 2+ years as an administrative assistant, office coordinator, or similar role Are comfortable juggling priorities across multiple businesses or projects Are genuinely organized — you actually enjoy bringing order to chaos Write clearly and professionally; people trust your communication Are comfortable with technology and learn new systems quickly (we use Microsoft 365 and AI tools throughout the business) Hold confidences without exception. You'll have visibility into sensitive business information across multiple companies, and discretion is non-negotiable. Confidentiality agreement required. Have a calm, can-do disposition under pressure Think two steps ahead instead of waiting to be told Nice to Have Experience in property management, real estate, or professional services Comfort with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) — we'll teach you, but enthusiasm matters Bilingual (English/Spanish) What We Offer $22-$25/hour depending on experience 25-30 hours per week to start, in-office at our Chandler location Pro-rated paid time off Clear path to expanded hours and full-time employment based on performance Direct mentorship from the CEO and visible impact across a growing portfolio of businesses A small, tight-knit team where your work matters To Apply Submit your resume and a brief cover note telling us about a time you took initiative on something that wasn't strictly your job.
