This position requires an individual who will perform a wide range of administrative tasks, from setting up conference calls to assisting with company reports and presentations. We're looking for a detailed-oriented individual who is an expert at taking care of important details, as well as owning his or her responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

Answer phones and greet guests. Maintain, prioritize, and sort your boss's daily calendar. Listen to your boss's daily schedule and coordinate with others on the team. Organize your boss's events, meetings, appointments, travel, etc.
