This position serves as a key liaison between leadership, internal departments, board members, and external stakeholders, ensuring the efficient operation of executive functions and organizational priorities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, resourceful, and capable of managing multiple priorities with professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. This role requires in-office presence (Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.) and close collaboration with executive leadership and key stakeholders. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Manage calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and correspondence for executive leadership. Coordinate executive leadership meetings, board meetings, special events, etc. Prepare reports, presentations, briefing materials, agendas, and board packets. Support executive leadership initiatives, strategic projects, and organizational priorities. Serve as a liaison between executive leadership, board members, community partners, and internal stakeholders. Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information. Support compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and governance requirements. Perform other duties as assigned to support the executive office. Qualifications Required Minimum of three (3) years of executive-level administrative support, executive coordination, or project management experience. Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and critical-thinking skills. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Ability to work independently while exercising sound judgment. High level of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence. Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of an organization. Preferred Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Experience supporting a Chief Executive Officer, Executive Director, President, or senior executive team. Experience working with boards of directors and preparing board materials. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong project coordination and organizational capabilities. Ability to anticipate needs and proactively resolve issues. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
