We take a personalized approach, working closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver strategic, effective solutions. Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support partners and senior leadership in our Mesa office. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment. The ideal candidate has prior experience in executive support and familiarity with tax return processing and related workflows. Key Responsibilities Prepare, edit, and manage business correspondence, reports, and confidential materials Coordinate calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and firm events Prepare meeting agendas, supporting materials, and record meeting minutes Assemble and process tax returns, extensions, estimates, and engagement letters Prepare tax organizers and client correspondence in accordance with firm policies Communicate with clients regarding tax return status and related inquiries Manage incoming calls, correspondence, and document distribution Conduct research and compile data for executive review and presentations Maintain confidentiality and safeguard sensitive client information Provide general administrative and clerical support, including filing, scanning, and document management Support process improvement initiatives and assist other departments as needed Duties may be modified as business needs require. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required Minimum of two years of administrative or executive support experience Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and deadlines Knowledge of tax processing, tax forms, and compliance timelines preferred Skills and Competencies Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Independent, proactive, and solution-oriented work style Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new systems Professional demeanor with a strong service orientation Experience with QuickBooks a plus Compensation and Benefits Competitive salary, commensurate with experience Company-paid health, dental, life, and disability insurance 401(k) plan with company match Generous paid time off and holidays Emphasis on work-life balance
