Headfarmer has been engaged in a search on behalf of a growing, nationally recognized player in the Healthcare space space. This organization partners with health systems across the country and is known for a strong culture, excellent benefits, and a team that genuinely invests in professional growth. They're looking for a sharp, proactive Executive Administrative Assistant to provide high-level support to multiple members of their Executive Leadership team. If you thrive in a fast-moving environment, take pride in anticipating needs before they're voiced, and handle sensitive information with discretion, I'd love to connect. What you'll be doing Proactively managing complex executive calendars across multiple time zones, including last-minute changes and urgent needs Preparing board meeting materials, transcribing minutes, and distributing reports with accuracy and timeliness Coordinating domestic travel, hotel accommodations, and expense reconciliation for senior leaders Serving as a professional gatekeeper - screening calls, managing correspondence, and prioritizing communications Supporting cross-functional projects and partnering closely with a collaborative Executive Assistant team What they're looking for 2-4 years of direct executive support experience Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred Proficiency in MS Office Suite and strong written and verbal communication skills A high degree of professionalism, discretion, and the ability to juggle competing priorities without losing accuracy Experience thriving in fast-paced, high-accountability environments
