Job Description

Executive Administrative Assistant About the Role Paul Johnson Drywall, LLC, the Nation's leading drywall contractor, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Senior Leadership Team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, anticipates needs before they arise, and brings a solutions-oriented mindset to every challenge. This role is instrumental in enabling our leaders to focus on strategic priorities by ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. The role will be located in Prescott, Arizona. Responsibilities Serve as a primary point of contact by managing incoming calls to PJD's Prescott office, welcoming visitors, and directing inquiries appropriately Coordinate and maintain complex calendars, scheduling appointments, and meetings across multiple executives Arrange domestic and international travel, including itineraries, accommodations, and logistics Draft, proofread, and distribute professional communications including memos, emails, and reports Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier services, including FedEx shipments Support event planning and coordination from conception through execution Oversee office supply inventory, placing orders as needed to maintain a well-functioning workplace Provide general administrative and office support as priorities evolve Qualifications Proven experience in an administrative role reporting directly to senior or executive-level management Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a demonstrated capacity to manage multiple concurrent priorities High degree of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information Adaptable, resourceful team player who embraces change and welcomes new challenges
Pay:
$20.00 - $30.00 per hour
