Reporting directly to the CEO, the Executive Assistant will act as a liaison, overseeing activities and communications to ensure smooth business processes and functions. The ideal candidate is adaptable, agile, and well-organized, with exceptional time management and multitasking abilities. Responsibilities Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails, and interfacing with clients. Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners. Schedule and manage complex calendars and set up meetings, ensuring logistics, including venue, equipment, and materials, are in place. Manage all aspects of executive travel arrangements, including itineraries, bookings, and expense reports. Assist in preparing materials for board meetings, management meetings, and corporate events. Maintain an organized filing system of both physical and electronic documents. Uphold a strict level of confidentiality. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant reporting directly to senior management. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. Experience in the waste industry and environment-friendly policies is a plus. Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software. Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities. Exceptional interpersonal skills and a friendly and professional demeanor.
