Tammy Power, Recruiting Manager with Robert Half looking for an Executive Assistant to provide high-level support executive team in Bakersfield, California. Responsibilities:
  • Manage schedules by arranging meetings, appointments, and time-sensitive commitments while balancing shifting priorities.
  • Serve as a central point of coordination to keep work moving smoothly across multiple activities.
  • Track assignments, deadlines, and program milestones, providing updates and follow-up to support timely completion.
  • Prepare client billing and related administrative records with attention to project status, accuracy, and completeness.
  • Support project workflow from intake through execution, including prioritization, planning, and communication with involved parties.
  • Draft routine correspondence, assemble reports and presentation materials, and prepare documents for review and signature.
  • Organize staff meetings by scheduling sessions, distributing agendas, and capturing notes, summaries, and action items.
  • Process expense submissions, maintain paper and digital files, and oversee mail and directory organization.
  • Handle confidential legal, personnel, and financial information with sound judgment, discretion, and professionalism.
