A highly respected investment firm is seeking an exceptionally sharp, polished, and driven Executive Assistant to support senior leadership including Co-Founders, Partners, and Managing Directors. This is an outstanding opportunity for someone who thrives in high-performance environments and is eager to work alongside some of the most accomplished professionals in finance. The right candidate will be adaptable, resourceful, calm under pressure, and capable of anticipating needs before they arise. This environment moves quickly, and success in the role requires strong judgment, intellectual curiosity, and a natural ability to stay several steps ahead. What You'll Do Manage complex and ever-changing calendars across multiple time zones Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including private travel logistics when needed Handle expense reporting, meeting coordination, scheduling logistics, and day-to-day administrative support Prepare meeting materials, itineraries, agendas, and briefing documents Serve as a polished and professional point of contact internally and externally Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively create solutions before issues arise Support senior executives in a fast-paced, high-demand environment where priorities can shift quickly Partner closely with other administrative team members to ensure seamless coordination across the firm Assist with special projects and additional responsibilities as needed Who You Are 4-10 years of experience in executive support, finance, consulting, professional services, or similarly rigorous environments Exceptionally organized with outstanding attention to detail and follow-through Warm, polished, and professional with excellent communication skills Naturally proactive with strong judgment and problem-solving abilities Comfortable operating with urgency and discretion in a high-performance environment Strong work ethic with a highly responsive, 24/7 mindset Experience coordinating complex travel and scheduling preferred Bachelor's degree required with emphasis on strong academic achievement and high merit Competitive compensation package includes a base salary range of $100,000-$120,000 depending on experience. This is a fulltime opportunity and onsite 5x a week.
