Possible The Job:
Under direct supervision, this position performs executive assistant responsibilities for Senior Vice Presidents in the Features Business Affairs group. The role also assists with the preparation, review, and distribution of various documents, along with other administrative needs.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing emails, correspondence, and communications on behalf of the executive.
  • Draft, edit, and format correspondence, deal memos, reports, and other documents for review, signature, and distribution.
  • Maintain the executive's calendar, schedules meetings and conference calls.
  • Answer, screen, log, and place heavy call volume in a professional manner.
  • Maintains and organizes files and documents, both paper and electronic.
  • Opens, reviews, records, and distributes or organizes mail.
  • Makes photocopies of reports, documents, and other materials.
  • Maintains various files, records, indexes, and logs.
  • Creates and maintains schedules and reports.
  • Responds to inquiries, orders supplies.
  • Tracks and prepares various reports.
  • Performs research and other related duties as assigned.
  • Work with other department executives and assistants to ensure that all relevant databases and reports are regularly updated and maintained.
  • Coordinates with other departments, such as Legal, Physical Production, Creative and Finance as needed.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
