This role ensures smooth day-to-day operations through expert schedule management, communication support, meeting coordination, and administrative oversight. Key Responsibilities Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and prioritize requests for the CEO and executives. Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries, accommodations, and logistics. Prepare, edit, and organize presentations, reports, and executive-level documents. Serve as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders. Draft professional correspondence and ensure timely follow-up on action items. Coordinate leadership meetings, prepare agendas, take notes, and track deliverables. Assist with expense reports, invoices, and budget tracking. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times. Support special projects and initiatives across departments as needed. Help manage office-related tasks and ensure smooth functioning of executive operations. Work closely with internal teams to facilitate communication, gather information, and ensure deadlines are met. Coordinate with HR, Finance, Sales, Design, Operations, and other departments to assist with executive needs. Represent the executive office with professionalism and service-oriented leadership. Qualifications 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role; experience in apparel, consumer goods, or a creative industry preferred. Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
