Leading digital streaming network (Burbank, CA 91502 - Onsite) W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program, PSL 40 hours/week, 9 Month Assignment (With possibility of extension) A leading digital streaming network seeks an Executive Assistant I to provide administrative support in a fast-paced media environment.
Executive Assistant I Responsibilities:
Manage a high-volume executive calendar, coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas and follow-up materials, track deliverables, and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Coordinate complex domestic travel, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and itinerary changes tied to Fighting Championships and Sports while supporting time-sensitive business meetings and live events. Process expense reports, corporate card reconciliations, receipts, and travel expenses, ensuring accuracy, policy compliance, and timely month-end completion. Provide proactive executive support by managing communications, correspondence, special projects, department events, and other administrative priorities.
Executive Assistant I Qualifications:
5+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior executives, preferably within media, sports, entertainment, or a similarly fast-paced corporate environment. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, including calendar management, presentations, spreadsheets, word processing, and travel/expense management systems. Demonstrated experience managing complex calendars, executive travel, expense reporting, meeting coordination, confidential information, and multiple competing priorities. Familiarity with the sports/media industry or live event production is preferred.
Shift:
9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Some OT may be expected. Will be required to work flexible hours around event schedules (e.g., fight weeks, live production windows). (H)
