Job Description

This is a Part Time Job Randi Wilens is seeking a sharp, reliable, and self-motivated Executive Assistant to support day-to-day operations in a dynamic, creative environment. This is a part-time, in-person role ideal for someone who is deeply organized, proactive, and passionate about the intersection of immersive content, experiential storytelling and animation. Part-Time Job•could be Full-Time Typically 4•5 hours per day
Key Responsibilities:
Manage scheduling, email, and general communications for the Executive Producer Coordinate meetings, project timelines, and deadlines Assist with artist and client communications and production logistics Maintain organizational systems across multiple ongoing ventures

Strong communicator with attention to detail and a proactive mindset A natural multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment Passionate about the immersive world•lover of music, art and animation. With an interest in managing, producing, and creative development Must have a car Must know about events and immersive experiences that are happening around the globe. Bonus points if you like jazz and MUST like dogs This is a great, transformative opportunity to work closely with an experienced Executive Producer and manager in a role that offers hands-on experience in artist development/representation and creative project management. Salary/Benefits $25.00 /hour USD Additional Information RW MEDIA, led by Manager and Executive Producer Randi Wilens, specializes in immersive content, projection mapping, art installations, music videos, global tour visuals, AI, and animation, consistently engaging with fashion, art, sports, and pop culture.
