We are seeking a highly resourceful, patient, and exceptionally organized Personal Assistant to support our Director. This is a unique, hybrid role where business administration and personal lifestyle management seamlessly intersect. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted gatekeeper and problem solver, managing the Director's professional schedule and corporate tasks while simultaneously handling personal errands, travel, and logistics. This role requires an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses impeccable research skills, and can maintain absolute confidentiality.
Key ResponsibilitiesCorporate & Administrative Support Calendar & Schedule Management:
Coordinate and manage a complex professional calendar, scheduling high-level B2B meetings, internal reviews, and industry events.
Corporate Admin Tasks:
Assist with company-related paperwork, data entry, basic project tracking, and drafting professional correspondence.
Meeting Preparation:
Prepare agendas, take detailed meeting minutes, and track action items to ensure the Director is fully briefed for all commitments.
Personal Assistance & Lifestyle Management Errands & Logistics:
Efficiently manage daily personal errands, coordinate home maintenance vendors, handle vehicle logistics, and manage personal shopping or deliveries.
Travel Coordination:
Research, book, and manage comprehensive itineraries for both domestic/international business trips and personal vacations (flights, lodging, ground transport).
Research & Problem-Solving:
Conduct thorough research on a variety of topics—ranging from sourcing unique business solutions to finding the best personal services—and present clear, actionable options.
Requirements & Qualifications Adaptability & Patience:
A calm, flexible demeanor with the ability to pivot quickly when priorities change or unexpected problems arise.
Exceptional Time Management:
Highly organized with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without letting details slip.
Resourceful Problem Solver:
A proactive "find a way" attitude. When a problem arises, you bring solutions, not just questions.
Research Skills:
Strong capability to dig deep, verify information, and find the best vendors, products, or travel routes efficiently.
Discretion:
Absolute professionalism and a strict adherence to confidentiality regarding both business operations and the Director's private life.
Mobility:
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required for handling local errands. What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience.
