Executive Assistant to the Chief Innovation Officer About QuikStor QuikStor is the leading SaaS facility management platform for the self-storage industry, delivering a purpose-built, scalable system that serves as the foundation for intelligent automation and modern facility operations. We are in rapid growth mode, backed by significant capital from self-storage industry veterans who share our vision to build the most advanced and scalable operating system for storage operators worldwide. Role Overview The Executive Assistant is the right hand of the Chief Innovation Officer, who leads product and innovation for QuikStor and works across the broader KoBre family of companies. The CIO runs at a fast pace across many workstreams at once, and this role keeps his time, communications, and follow-ups running without anything slipping. The Executive Assistant owns the calendar and the inbox. People inside and outside the company reach the CIO through this role. The role sends every meeting invite, keeps a running list of open commitments, and follows each one through to completion. This position is based on-site at HQ in El Segundo, California, working standard Pacific business hours alongside the executive team. Key Responsibilities Own the CIO calendar end to end, send every invite, resolve conflicts before they reach him, and protect preparation and focus time Schedule across internal teams, clients, and partners, including participants in US and European time zones Coordinate agendas and logistics for recurring leadership meetings and executive reviews Monitor the CIO inbox throughout the day, surface what needs his attention, and make sure no follow-up slips Draft replies for his review or respond directly on his behalf where appropriate, in a professional voice that matches his Field internal requests directed at the CIO and route each one to the right owner Track commitments made in meetings and email, and chase them to completion across departments Own the CIO expense management in Ramp, from receipts through reconciliation, submitted on time every cycle Book and manage travel, including industry trade shows, conferences, and client visits Keep executive files organized in Dropbox Run small operational projects for the CIO, such as document collection, inventories, and vendor follow-ups Keep the open-items list current in Asana and review it with the CIO on a set cadence Handle confidential personnel, financial, and client information with complete discretion Required Qualifications 3+ years supporting a senior executive, with C-suite support preferred Proven ownership of a busy executive calendar and inbox, not just assistance with them Excellent written communication, including drafting client-ready email in an executive voice Strong Microsoft 365 skills, including Outlook A track record of complete discretion with confidential information Preferred Qualifications Experience in software, SaaS, or technology companies Experience supporting an executive who operates across multiple related companies or entities Experience with Ramp or a similar expense platform, Dropbox, and Asana Experience coordinating trade show or executive event logistics Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance 401k Retirement Plan Vacation and Sick Time Annual Bonus Employee Assistance Program Education Assistance Program Employee Discount Store Discounted Storage QuikStor is an equal opportunity employer.
