Title :
Executive Assistant toPresident Pay :
$27- 31 per hour ($56K
- $64K annual) DOE.
Location :
Fremont Site (34075 Fremont Blvd. Fremont, CA 94555) and Dublin Site (6175 Dublin Blvd, Dublin, CA94568). Calphin Swim Academy is looking for an experienced candidate to fill the position of Executive Assistant to President .The position will be offered:

Job Responsibilities:
1. Executive Assistant toPresident:
- Providing administrative assistance to the President, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the President's behalf
- Managing the Presidents calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
- Handling confidential information, Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records
- Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary
- Organizing, coordinating, and supporting the logistics of special events, and holiday celebrations
- Being in charge or assisting with special projects by conducting research, preparing information and proposals, as well as generating reports
- Being the point person for the President. Assisting with interdepartmental collaboration and managing the deadlines
- Collaborate with the management team on additional assignments 2.
Human Resources:
- Developing and implementing company policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws
- Leading and coordinating recruitment and hiring for all departments
- Conducting and coordinating the hiring process, including Interviews, job offers, NEO trainings, etc.
- Leading internal communications by crafting and sending regular newsletters with company updates to our employees
- Assisting staff development and disciplinary actions
- Leading and organizing events to enhance positive employee relations, such as annual awards ceremony, staff appreciation events, employees' birthday celebrations, etc.
- Handling employment terminations, exit meetings, and follow up through the entire process.
- Managing personnel files and confidential HR information
- Collaborate with the management team on additional assignments
Qualifications:
- College degree preferred with at least 1-5 years of EA experience
- Time management and ability to meet deadlines
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Problem-solving and decision making
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Interpersonal skills with an Outgoing Personality, a Positive Attitude, and Confidence
- Proactivity and self-direction
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge and experience in Marketing and Human Resources
