Schedule:
2-4 hours per day, 2-3 days per week (flexible) Adecco is assisting a local nonprofit service is seeking a detail oriented General Executive Assistant to support daily administrative operations. Ideal for someoneanized, dependable, andfortable working with confidential information.
Responsibilities:
Create and maintain digital and physical files General administrative support Filing, data entry, and documentanization Organize and track medical bills Use MS Office Suite for reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence Maintain confidentiality and accuracy
Preferred Experience:
Administrative or assistant experience Strong MS Office skills Experience with medical billing Knowledge of Medicare and Medi-Cal is a plus How to : online, adeccousa, "Easy " to be considered for this opportunity and more through Adecco Staffing.
Pay Details:
