The ideal candidate will have hands-on knowledge of the construction industry, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to oversee projects from start to completion while coordinating with clients, field crews, subcontractors, and vendors. Requirements Bilingual in English and Spanish Previous construction experience required Project management or construction supervision experience preferred Must be willing and available to travel nationwide Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills Ability to coordinate schedules, crews, materials, subcontractors, and project deadlines Able to communicate professionally with clients, general contractors, vendors, and field personnel Responsible, reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Must have a valid driver's license Must be able to pass a background check Must be able to pass drug and alcohol screening Must maintain a professional attitude and represent the company appropriately while traveling and working on job sites Position Responsibilities The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing construction projects, coordinating field operations, monitoring project schedules and progress, communicating with clients and crews, addressing job-site issues, and helping ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and according to project requirements.

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
