Executive Personal Assistant - Part Time

Company Description Medical Laser & Aesthetics is a Med Spa that specializes in non-surgical rejuvenation treatments. MLA offers laser treatments such as NightLase for snoring, Fotona 4D Non-invasive face lift, resurfacing, RF Microneedling, Melasma, lip plumping, tattoo removal, and skin tightening. Other services include injectables, acne, scar revision, Ultherapy and eye rejuvenation. Our cutting edge equipment, and comprehensive service approach ensures high-quality care for diverse aesthetic and medical needs. Role Description This is a 3 day a week, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday, on-site role for a Executive Assistant to the owner of Medical Laser & Aesthetics, located in Huntington Beach, CA. On a daily basis the Assistant will greet patients, ensure patient forms are complete, coordinate patient arrivals with staff, answer the phone, schedule patient appointments, accept credit card and cash payments, and maintain a clean professional environment. In addition the assistant will order and track supply shipments, format medical reports for Doctors Independent Medical Evaluations. The assistant will observe and study laser procedures to create appropriate Social Media posts, update Nurse instructions, update Patient Aftercare instructions and perform other assigned projects. As knowledge improves the assistant may recommend skin care products to patients. Qualifications Ability to clearly speak, write and understand English Positive attitude with excellent communication skills Ability to multitask and track multiple tasks and projects Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint Associates Degree or equivalent required Social media experience is required. Experience in a medical or aesthetic setting is a plus Spanish language skills is a plus Licensed esthetician a plus
