This pivotal role combines executive administrative support with day-to-day operational responsibilities, helping ensure smooth business operations and effective execution of strategic projects. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate strong multitasking abilities, technical proficiency, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to supporting senior leadership and cross-functional teams. Duties and Responsibilities Provide operational support and assistance in areas including, but not limited to, logistics, sales, product management, project management, business research and development, and vendor/supplier coordination and communication. Assist with product development, fulfillment coordination, project timelines, and day-to-day operational activities. Provide executive administrative support, including meeting coordination, event preparation, document preparation, scheduling, and general administrative tasks. Coordinate and communicate with internal teams, management, vendors, suppliers, and other business partners as needed. Assist with research, data collection, reporting, documentation, and follow-up on ongoing projects and business initiatives. Support senior management in organizing priorities, tracking project progress, and ensuring assigned tasks are completed in a timely manner. Qualifications and Skills Previous experience in project management, product management, operations, logistics, or a related field is preferred. Strong knowledge of both international and domestic logistics, product fulfillment, and supply chain coordination. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, QuickBooks, and general computer applications. Must be able to read, write, and speak fluently in both Mandarin Chinese and English . Strong understanding of product management, project timelines, fulfillment processes, and operational workflow. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, management, vendors, and business partners. Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills. Knowledge of general office management practices, including filing systems, data entry, documentation, and administrative procedures. Must be flexible and available to work outside regular business hours when necessary.
