The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for real estate. You will provide essential administrative and operational support to ensure seamless business operations; managing schedules, coordinating client interactions, assisting with marketing initiatives, and much more. Join us to contribute to a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding service and building lasting client relationships. Responsibilities Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for the two real estate agents. Prepare and organize documents related to property transactions, including contracts and disclosures. Assist with marketing efforts by creating promotional materials, updating listings, and managing social media channels Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure timely follow-up and excellent customer service. Conduct research on property listings, market trends, and neighborhood information to support sales strategies. Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining organized records of transactions and client information. Qualifications Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role within the real estate industry. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple parties. A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate issues and solve problems. Familiarity with real estate software platforms, CRM systems, and social media tools for marketing purposes.
