We firmly believe in providing every client with access to quality legal representation and personalized support. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Glendale, CA, for an Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive-level administrative support, managing schedules, preparing expense reports, handling communications, and performing general administrative tasks. The role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and a proactive approach to managing tasks and priorities. Qualifications Strong Executive Administrative Assistance and administrative skills to coordinate schedules, meetings, and tasks effectively. Proficiency in managing Expense Reports and financial documentation with accuracy and attention to detail. Experience in providing Executive Support, including handling confidential information and managing priorities. Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage professionally with clients and colleagues. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred. Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other standard administrative tools. Experience in a legal or professional services environment is a plus but not required.
