The Opportunity Wilshire Law Firm is seeking a sharp, capable Executive Assistant to support senior leadership and work closely with our Senior Executive Assistant. This is not a traditional assistant role. We are looking for someone who can operate with judgment, accountability, and independence in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. The right person will be organized, confident under pressure, and able to manage strong personalities while maintaining professionalism and discretion . This role is designed for someone who can quickly become indispensable and, over time, grow into the primary executive support role if needed. You will help manage high-priority tasks, logistics, and operational needs that keep leadership running at full speed, while anticipating needs and solving problems without constant direction and own outcomes. Accountable for Manage complex calendars, meetings, and scheduling for executive leadership Coordinate internal and external communications Handle confidential information with discretion Support high-priority administrative and operational tasks Prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and executive discussions Assist with travel arrangements, logistics, and event coordination Act as a reliable point of coordination across departments Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems before they escalate Must be willing to be on call nights and weekends Qualifications 5+ years of executive or high-level administrative support experience Exceptional organizational and time-management skills The confidence to handle strong personalities and fast decision cycles Strong judgment and discretion with sensitive information A proactive mindset and ability to work independently High attention to detail and follow-through Compensation $75,000
