This dynamic role involves providing essential support across various teams, ensuring seamless operations and high-level administrative assistance. Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Executive Assistant –
Floater:
  • Provide comprehensive back-up support to multiple executives and teams, adapting quickly to different workloads and environments.
  • Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle travel logistics, ensuring all details are meticulously organized.
  • Assist with reception duties on a rotational basis, maintaining professionalism and efficiency.
  • Draft, proofread, and finalize correspondence, ensuring clarity and accuracy in all communications.
  • Support the team by anticipating needs, managing priorities, and ensuring confidentiality in all tasks.
Required Skills for Executive Assistant –
Floater:
  • Minimum of four years of experience as an Executive Assistant, with a preference for candidates with a college degree.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Experience in the financial services industry is highly desirable.
