- Stanislaus County, Modesto Position Overview We are seeking a highly professional and dependable Executive Assistant to support the Chief Executive Officer, and executive leadership team.
This role requires a well-rounded professional who can effectively manage a diverse set of responsibilities and serve as a central support resource for the organization. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, capable of operating independently, and accurately prioritizes projects. Key Responsibilities Executive Support & Coordination Provide direct, day-to-day support to the CEO and assist executive leadership Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and shifting priorities across multiple stakeholders Meeting, Travel & Event Management Coordinate virtual and in-person meetings (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, conference calls) Manage all aspects of executive travel, including air, hotel, transportation, and registrations Assist in planning and executing internal events, including employee recognition programs and company functions Operational & Administrative Oversight Serve as a central coordination point for office operations, vendor relationships, and administrative processes Maintain office supplies, and oversee building and facility coordination Manage logistics such as printings, mailings, and document distribution Project & Analytical Support Develop and maintain Excel-based tracking tools, reports, and basic analyses Create PowerPoint presentations and supporting materials for executive use Conduct research including vendor sourcing and promotional initiatives Additional Responsibilities Support ad hoc initiatives as directed by the CEO Assist in organizing and executing employee appreciation events Occasional local travel to events, or delivery of materials (mileage reimbursed) Qualifications Minimum 5+ years of experience in an executive assistant or equivalent position Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional, concise style Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint Exceptional organizational, time management, and prioritization skills Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and follow through with minimal supervision High level of integrity and ability to manage confidential information Strong attention to detail and accuracy Valid California Driver's License and current auto insurance Strong problem-solving initiative Benefits
