Job Description

Executive Assistant Olilu LLC Newport Coast, CA Job Details Part-time From $25 an hour 19 hours ago Qualifications Writing skills Executive administrative support Attention to detail Marketing Client interaction via phone calls Full Job Description I'm a tech executive by trade and run a portfolio of businesses that have scaled over the years. This role is to support me across my personal and business endeavors. I need a right hand who can keep all of it moving. Some days that means making big decisions and talking to clients and brand partners. Other days it means answering emails or hosting a tour at a rental property. I'm looking for someone humble enough to do any of it — no job too big, none too small — and sharp enough to take the obvious, sensible action without needing to be told. If you're the kind of person who sees a mess and instinctively starts organizing it, keep reading. What you'd actually be doing The honest answer is "a bit of everything," but here's the shape of it: Running my calendar and keeping my inbox under control — figuring out what matters, responding personally, flagging what needs to be flagged, and handling as much of the rest as you can. Being the point of contact for clients, residents, and brand partners across my businesses as we build and ship — the go-to person people can count on to get a human answer. Keeping the businesses running smoothly day to day. Handling loose ends — turning "someone should deal with this" into "handled." Running with projects from start to finish, whether that's building a marketing strategy, standing up a website, launching something new, planning a trip, or whatever comes up along the way. The specifics will shift week to week. That's the job. Who I'm looking for Someone dynamic and confident, who's genuinely comfortable making calls without checking in on every little thing. A self-starter and a hustler — flexible, hard-working, and motivated by getting things done rather than being told what to do.
Just as important:
humble enough to roll up your sleeves and do whatever the moment calls for, whether that's a high-stakes decision or a coffee run. You jump into any situation, complex or simple, and reach for the most obvious, sensible answer instead of overcomplicating it. A few things that matter a lot to me — the first one most of all: Trusted and genuine. Above everything else, I want a really good person who wants to grow. In an AI era, that matters more than ever. Skills are teachable — character isn't. I'm hiring someone I can trust and fold into everything I'm involved in. Disciplined and committed to excellence. You're serious about learning, and about doing the right thing the right way. You hold a high bar for yourself. AI-native. You already use AI tools daily and reach for them instinctively to work faster. Bonus if you understand "vibe coding" and aren't intimidated by building small things yourself. A real communicator — sharp in writing and confident on the phone or in a room. Hyper-efficient and detail-oriented. You move fast and catch the small stuff. Creative about solving problems. When something's stuck, you find a way around it. Hungry to learn business. This is a front-row seat to entrepreneurship, and I want someone who's here to soak it up and grow. You can drive, you're happy to go places, and you can represent the brand well wherever you show up. Who this is probably a fit for Likely someone fresh out of college or high school — early in your career, ready for a challenge, and hungry to learn You don't need a long résumé. You need drive, taste, judgment, and the hustle to back it up. The details Part-time, around 20 hours a week (scope can grow) Hybrid — a mix of in-person and remote Must be based in the Orange County or LA area Reliable transportation
