This role requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted partner to executives, ensuring efficient operations and effective management of daily activities. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with attention to detail. Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders. Manage confidential information with discretion and integrity. Assist with project management and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency. Qualifications & Skills Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Honest, dependable, and motivated with a strong work ethic. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and take initiative. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
