Responsibilities Recruitment:
Support end-to-end recruiting for warehouse operations roles and office roles
Personnel Management:
Handle new hire onboarding and separation processes, maintain employment documentation for hires and terminations. Maintain employee KPI records and performance-related documentation, manage and update employee personnel files and HR records.
Benefits Administration:
Assist employees with benefit-related questions and enrollment changes, coordinate with benefit providers and internal teams as needed
Labor-Related Matters:
Handle labor-related issues such as employee conflicts, EDD, claim services, and support compliance with federal and state labor requirements
Field Trip and Audits:
Learn and support warehouse audit requirements and HR-related compliance checks, Travel to local sites to conduct on-site inspections and HR audits. Facilitate on-site meetings such as core values meetings and employee communication sessions. Qualifications Previous experience in HR operations, recruiting, or administrative HR roles required Practical understanding of U.S. labor and employment practices Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities Strong learning ability and willingness to learn new processes and regulations Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office and related workplace software (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) Bilingual in English and Mandarin is required Willingness and ability to travel frequently 职位类型:全职 薪资: 每小时$30.00 福利: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance
