Job Description
The Executive Assistant is responsible for a broad range of administrative, operational, and logistical duties supporting business functions and day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include coordination of internal workflows, external communications, and special projects. The base hourly range for this role is $50.00 - $60.00 per hour. Actual pay will be determined by factors such as education, experience, and job-related skills relevant to the role. These ranges may not reflect potential compensation for positions based in other states or regions. Key Responsibilities Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, agendas, and itineraries. Coordinate domestic and international travel. Organize meetings, events, property tours, and client entertainment. Draft correspondence, reports, marketing materials, and confidentiality agreements. Handle client communications and follow-up. Maintain databases, records, and filing systems. Complete paperwork for listings, closings, and booking statements. Manage corporate bank accounts, bookkeeping, and expense reports. Coordinate vendors, office supplies, inventory, and client gifts. Onboard and train new team members. Provide basic technical support during software rollouts. Handle special projects and occasional personal/business errands. Maintain confidentiality and discretion. Qualifications Five (5) years of administrative experience preferred. Experience in real estate, finance, or legal industries preferred. Advanced Microsoft Office / Office 365 skills. Strong organizational, communication, editing, and proofreading skills. Professional demeanor and appearance. Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience). QuickBooks and Adobe Creative Suite experience a plus. Commercial real estate experience preferred.
