About the Role We're seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to support multiple Partners within a fast-paced professional environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on keeping teams organized, managing competing priorities, and acting as a trusted right hand to senior leadership. The ideal candidate is polished, detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to anticipate needs before they arise. You'll play a key role in helping leadership stay efficient, prepared, and focused on high-level initiatives. Key Responsibilities Manage complex calendars and scheduling across multiple Partners Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and itineraries Prepare presentations, reports, correspondence, and meeting materials Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion Serve as a point of contact between leadership, clients, and internal teams Track deadlines, follow up on action items, and help keep projects moving Assist with event planning, team coordination, and office logistics as needed Prioritize shifting responsibilities in a fast-moving environment Qualifications 3+ years of Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar support experience Experience supporting multiple executives or senior leaders preferred Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities High level of professionalism and discretion Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities What We're Looking For Someone who is proactive rather than reactive Strong attention to detail and follow-through Calm under pressure with a solutions-oriented mindset Professional presence with strong interpersonal skills Ability to build trust and work effectively with senior leadership
