Job Description
Executive Assistant to CEO | Redwood City, CA | Up to $250K Base Our client, a leading enterprise software and artificial intelligence company, is seeking a highly experienced Executive Assistant to support its CEO in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. This is a unique opportunity to partner closely with a founder-level executive and serve as a trusted right hand across both strategic and day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, exceptionally organized, highly polished, and thrives in high-pressure environments that require urgency, discretion, and strong judgment. This role is fully onsite in Redwood City, CA. The CEO operates in a demanding, high-visibility environment, requiring someone who is adaptable, responsive, and comfortable with a "24/7 mindset," including after-hours support. What You'll Do Provide high-level executive support to the CEO, including calendar management, inbox management, travel coordination, and meeting preparation Manage complex, high-volume scheduling across executive leadership, external stakeholders, and the family office Draft, proofread, edit, and manage communications on behalf of the executive Serve as a strategic gatekeeper and liaison between the CEO, leadership teams, business partners, and personal contacts Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics, detailed itineraries, and expense management Support occasional personal assistant responsibilities and special projects as needed Anticipate executive needs proactively and execute with urgency, discretion, and strong judgment Handle highly confidential information with professionalism and maturity Maintain flexibility and responsiveness outside standard business hours when required What We're Looking For Significant experience supporting founders, CEOs, or senior-level executives in fast-paced, high-expectation environments Strong executive presence with excellent written and verbal communication skills Exceptional writing, proofreading, and editing abilities Ability to remain calm, composed, and resourceful under pressure Highly organized with strong attention to detail and consistent follow-through Comfortable managing both executive assistant and occasional personal assistant responsibilities Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and adapt quickly in a changing environment Experience interfacing with family offices is highly preferred Prior experience in enterprise software, AI, technology, or founder-led organizations is strongly preferred Comfortable operating with a high level of urgency and responsiveness when needed Compensation & Benefits $150,000 - $250,000, depending on experience Comprehensive benefits package Exceptional long-term growth opportunity within a high-profile AI company Opportunity to work directly alongside a visionary founder and executive leadership team You can use www.workgrades.com to collect and manage your references for free and share them with us or anyone else you choose.
