full-time We are partnering with an established venture capital firm seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to members of its investment team. This is a highly visible role for an experienced EA who is comfortable working with senior executives in a fast-paced, relationship-driven investment environment. The ideal candidate is polished, proactive, highly organized, and able to anticipate needs while managing competing priorities with discretion and sound judgment. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive executive support to senior members of the investment team Manage complex and frequently changing calendars, meetings, and scheduling priorities Coordinate domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries and logistics Organize internal and external meetings with portfolio companies, investors, founders, and other key relationships Handle expense reports and other administrative processes Coordinate meeting materials, presentations, and correspondence as needed Serve as a key point of contact for executives and maintain a high level of professionalism with external stakeholders Anticipate scheduling conflicts, priorities, and executive needs before they arise Assist with special projects, events, and broader team initiatives Partner closely with other administrative professionals across the firm Qualifications 7+ years of executive assistant or senior administrative experience Experience supporting senior executives, Partners, or C-level professionals Prior experience within venture capital, private equity, investment management, financial services, professional services, or a similarly fast-paced environment preferred Exceptional calendar management and organizational skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Highly polished with excellent judgment and discretion Ability to operate independently and manage multiple priorities with minimal direction Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable anticipating the needs of senior executives Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information Why This Opportunity This is an opportunity to join a highly regarded investment firm in a key support role with significant exposure to senior leadership.
