Backed by more than 100 years of combined experience, the company has built a strong reputation for long-term relationships, operational excellence, and successful project delivery across Northern California. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Executive Business Partner to support the CEO across executive operations, business coordination, and company priorities. This role is a trusted, high-touch partnership with the CEO. It combines executive support responsibilities with cross-functional coordination across the organization. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, business-minded, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. This role is full-time and in-office in San Jose due to the collaborative and high-touch nature of executive support and cross-functional coordination. Key Responsibilities Executive Support & Partnership Manage and prioritize a high-volume executive inbox, including drafting responses and tracking follow-ups Coordinate a complex and frequently changing executive calendar Prioritize scheduling and protect CEO time based on business priorities Prepare meeting agendas, briefing materials, notes, and action items Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and logistics Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal and external stakeholders Handle confidential business information with discretion and professionalism Maintain organization across communications, meetings, and executive priorities Operations & Business Coordination Track and help drive follow-through on key initiatives across multiple departments Support communication and coordination among leadership teams Coordinate across departments to keep key initiatives moving forward Prepare reports, dashboards, summaries, and presentation materials Assist with project prioritization, operational planning, and organizational follow-through Help improve processes, reporting, and workflow efficiency Support leadership initiatives and operational priorities as they arise Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience 10+ years of experience in executive support, business operations, project coordination, or related roles Experience supporting senior executives in fast-paced environments Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong judgment and ability to manage confidential information Proven ability to prioritize and follow through on multiple initiatives High level of professionalism, adaptability, and accountability Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace Preferred Experience in construction, real estate development, architecture, or related industries Experience supporting founders, CEOs, or senior leadership teams Experience preparing executive-level reports, presentations, or operational summaries Familiarity with process improvement, workflow systems, or operational tools Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation package including base salary, bonus opportunity, health benefits, paid time off, and long-term growth opportunities.
Base salary range:
$150,000 - $200,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. #
