Executive Assistant Contract to Hire Burlingame, CA $120K-$150K Annually Utilize your skills by joining a high energy team with a Top Notch Pharmaceutical Company!! Option 1 Staffing is seeking an exceptional EA to support 2 C-Level executives. Considered candidates will be driven and proactive and will have previous Pharmaceutical experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Support Executives' vision to broaden the team's success Prepare and execute meetings and events, including logistics and agendas Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements Monitor and triage emails; prioritize responses Manage Executives' calendars Organize work flow and manage executive communications Foster proactive communication across the organization

Qualifications:

Strong organizational skills Thrives in high-energy, fast-paced environments Five(5) plus years of experience as an Executive Assistant Experience supporting C-Level Staff Ability to collaborate with multiple executives and groups Exceptional written and verbal communication skills If you are a detailed and highly-organized Executive Assistant with experience in Pharmaceuticals, please apply!
