Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Bilingual Executive Assistant to provide executive-level administrative support to senior leadership. This role will be responsible for managing calendars, coordinating meetings, arranging travel, preparing business materials, handling expense reports, and supporting day-to-day business operations. Key Responsibilities Provide executive support to senior leadership. Manage calendars, schedules, meetings, and conferences. Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics. Prepare presentations, reports, and business communications. Process and track expense reports. Support cross-functional teams and leadership activities. Work effectively within both Japanese and American business environments. Required Qualifications Fluent in Japanese and English (written and verbal). Experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant supporting executives. Strong understanding of Japanese and American business culture and protocols. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams), Slack, and Zoom. Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting Japanese expatriates. Certified Bilingual Secretary (CBS) certification. Japanese Secretarial Proficiency certification.
