Job Description

Operations Coordinator / Executive Assistant Growing real estate investment and construction company seeking a highly organized Operations Coordinator to assist ownership with project administration, property operations, vendor coordination, accounting support, insurance, licensing, and executive-level administrative functions.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate construction projects and vendor scheduling Manage licensing, insurance, permits, and compliance tracking Assist with bookkeeping and accounting coordination Track invoices, contracts, and project documentation Coordinate with tenants, vendors, and property managers Organize calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements Follow up on tasks and ensure completion Identify and solve problems proactively
Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication both English and Spanish Ability to work independently and take initiative Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, quickbooks Experience in construction, real estate, property management, or project coordination preferred Bookkeeping or accounting experience
Compensation:
starting at $22/hour depending on experience Full-time Opportunity for advancement with a growing company
