Executive Administrative Assistant - Healthcare OperationsA large healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to support senior leadership and help keep a busy administrative operation running efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who is polished, extremely organized, proactive, and comfortable working with confidential information.
Your ResponsibilitiesManage complex calendars and coordinate meetingsSchedule internal and external meetings across multiple departmentsPrepare agendas, presentations, reports, and meeting materialsCoordinate executive travel and expense reportingPrepare correspondence and internal communicationsMaintain confidential files and recordsTrack action items and follow up with department leadersCoordinate leadership meetings and special eventsAssist with departmental projects and initiativesPrepare recurring reports and presentationsCoordinate communications between leadership and internal teamsManage competing priorities and shifting deadlinesHandle sensitive information with discretionServe as a professional point of contact for internal and external partners
