This is not an entry-level administrative role. We are looking for a highly capable professional who operates with precision, discretion, initiative, and a strong sense of ownership. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, highly organized, and able to manage responsibilities independently without constant direction or follow-up. This position requires someone who takes pride in producing high-quality work, anticipates needs, follows through consistently, and can confidently oversee office operations and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee daily office operations Support executives with scheduling, communications, and administrative priorities Supervise admin staff and ensure accountability and efficiency Maintain organized and accurate records, files, and workflows Handle confidential financial and client information with discretion Track projects, deadlines, and follow-up items proactively Improve office systems and maintain operational standards Serve as a professional point of contact for clients and vendors Laison between admin and management
Qualifications:
Minimum 5+ years of executive assistant or high-level administrative experience Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Strong follow-through and ability to execute tasks completely and accurately Ability to prioritize independently and solve problems without constant oversight Professional written and verbal communication skills Experience supervising staff and managing office workflow High proficiency with Microsoft Office, calendars, document management, and office systems
