Job Description

You are an organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant who enjoys supporting leadership in a collaborative environment. You are resourceful, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities, confidential information, complex schedules, projects, and events.
This position pays:
$35-$42 per hour What you will be doing Provide high-level administrative support to the Senior Associate Dean's Office. Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, agendas, and follow-up actions. Prepare and edit emails, reports, presentations, letters, and other communications. Serve as a professional point of contact for internal and external communications. Maintain confidential records and electronic filing systems. Support committees, projects, and strategic initiatives. Coordinate project timelines, track milestones, and prepare reports. Plan and coordinate events, including room reservations, catering, travel, RSVPs, and on-site support. Assist with HR-related administrative tasks, recordkeeping, reimbursements, and departmental processes. Learn and use various software platforms and institutional systems. What you bring Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience in a healthcare, academic, or business setting. Strong executive administrative, project, and event coordination experience. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and meet deadlines. Professional judgment and discretion when handling confidential information. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
