Elite Medical also provides services to college students at school sites. Our services are not open to the general public. The Elite Team is an innovative, collaborative, fun group with a goal to Improve the health & wellness of organizations, one life at a time.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, CSO and COO encompassing scheduling, email management, agenda creation, meeting attendance, and meticulous note-taking. Facilitate the organization of staff events to promote team cohesion and morale. Efficiently manage travel arrangements to ensure seamless logistics for executive trips. Serve as the Corporate Receptionist, representing the company with professionalism and warmth. Undertake various general office tasks and errands with precision and promptness.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Must have at least 3 years experience in a similar role. Exceptional proficiency in both written and verbal communication to effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders. Demonstrated commitment to delivering top-tier customer service, addressing inquiries and requests with promptness and professionalism. Possess a solid understanding of business operations at a mid-level, enabling adept support to senior management. Advanced proficiency in Office 365 suite, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, to streamline administrative tasks and enhance productivity. Meticulous organizational skills coupled with acute attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks. Outstanding interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships and collaboration across the organization. Support basic bookkeeping tasks including expense tracking, invoice processing, and recordkeeping.
