EXAMPLES OF DUTIES
Under direction, to serve as assistant to the Superintendent relieving him/her of administrative and office detail; to perform highly complex and responsible clerical work; to interpret policy and administrative regulations, and to do related work as required.
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
Five years of responsible secretarial experience, preferably including at least one year in a district; Education equivalent to graduation from high school including or supplemented by college training is desirable.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Typing certificate minimum 40 net words per minute 5 minutes in duration issued within the last two years (On-line certificates are not accepted). Must possess a valid California Driver's License during the course of employment; must be insurable at standard rates and maintain such insurability during the course of employment.
