Job Summary We are seeking an Executive Assistant to support a busy C-Level Executive (such as a
CEO, CFO, COO, CMO
) in the West Hollywood area. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for a highly polished, proactive administrative professional with experience managing complex executive schedules, international travel, personal and business calendar management and scheduling, as well as event coordination. The Executive Assistant will serve as a trusted right hand, helping keep a fast-moving executive organized, prepared, and focused. Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex personal and business calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, calls, events, and shifting priorities.
- Coordinate detailed domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, itineraries, passports, and related logistics.
- Plan and support events held at the executive's home, business office, and yacht, ensuring details are handled with precision and discretion.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, vendors, service providers, and personal contacts.
- Prepare, organize, and track executive materials, confirmations, schedules, reservations, and follow-up items.
- Anticipate executive needs, solve problems quickly, and maintain confidentiality across all personal and professional matters. Compensation and Benefits
